Meet The Team

The former CEO of Thriveworks, one of the Largest Mental Health companies in the US, and most recently the CEO of a multinational clinical trial company, with a successful track record of fundraising, including a Series B at a unicorn valuation. 

 

Will completed an MBA at the Sloan School of Management at MIT and a Master's in Science from Dartmouth College.

Dr. Henna Karna is a former GM at Google, an applied mathematician, and a generative-AI pioneer since the 1990s, who has transformed large-scale models into products used by millions across cryptography, genetics, and risk insurance.

Dr. Karna completed her MBA at MIT Sloan, her PhD at the University of Massachusetts, and her postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard University, focusing on the use of AI to drive positive changes for mission-driven organizations.

Nick Norwitz, MD, PhD, is a researcher-educator whose mission is to “Make Metabolic Health Mainstream.” Nick has made a name for himself as a clinical research and metabolic health educator, speaking and writing on topics ranging from brain health, the microbiome, mental health, muscle physiology, mitochondrial function, cholesterol and lipids, and so on. 

 

 

Nick completed his MD PhD at Harvard and Oxford and graduated Valedictorian from Dartmouth College.     

Eduardo brings over 20 years of experience across financial planning, operational strategy, and corporate development. Before joining NeuroVitals, he was CFO at Stavvy, a high-growth SaaS company with a successful exit, and previously held executive roles at MSCI, where he led FP&A for its global Index business. His early career began in manufacturing at Carrier Corporation..​

Eduardo completed an MBA at the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Master's in Finance from EGADE Business School in Monterrey, Mexico.

Emily brings more than 15 years of experience scaling healthcare and technology organizations through periods of rapid growth and transformation. Prior to joining NeuroVitals, she served as Chief Operating Officer at Thriveworks, where she led operations across 300+ clinics, built out digital marketing and referral growth channels, and launched critical infrastructure to support clinicians and patients at scale.​

Emily holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University.
